Cancellation Policy
- Â Cancellation by Gangeshwari Hebals: Gangeshwari Hebals reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in order cancellation include, but are not limited to, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Gangeshwari Hebals’ credit and fraud avoidance department. Gangeshwari Hebals may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. In the event that your order is cancelled, Gangeshwari Hebals will notify you and provide a refund if applicable.
- Cancellation by the User: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@ggherbals.com as soon as possible. Gangeshwari Hebals reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests for any reason. If your order has not been processed or approved, Gangeshwari Hebals will cancel the order and refund the entire amount within a reasonable period of time. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Gangeshwari Hebals has the sole discretion to determine whether an order has been processed or not, and you agree to accept Gangeshwari Hebals’ decision regarding the cancellation.
Refund Policy
- Wrong/Damaged Product: If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you may request a replacement of the exact same item. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@ggherbals.com within 24 hours of delivery, providing relevant proof such as photos or documentation of the damage/defect. Our customer care team will contact you to assist with the exchange process. The exchanged product will be sent to you once the return is received and approved.
- Unused and Intact Returns: Goods can only be exchanged if they are returned unused and intact. If you wish to return a product for reasons other than a wrong or damaged item, please contact us at info@ggherbals.com to discuss the return options. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation or return approval, depending on the circumstances.
- Order Number: Please mention your order number in the email when requesting an exchange. This will help us identify your order and expedite the exchange process.

- – Gangeshwari Hebals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or exchange request for any reason, including but not limited to bulk orders, improper use of promo codes, or any form of malpractice.
- – Any promotional codes or reward points used for placing a bulk order will not be refunded.
